Originally built in 1903 and used as a public school until 2005, this 63,000 SF building was renovated into 49 affordable units for independent seniors. Project received WHEDA and Historic Preservation tax credits and conforms with Wisconsin Green Built Home Standards.
Project won a 2022 Mayor’s Design Award in the Neighborhood Renaissance category
