Renovation of former fitness center into an audiology and ear/nose/throat (ENT) clinic. The front bay of the existing structure was completely removed and re-framed to create a new glass and aluminum tower and façade faced with COR-TEN weathering steel. The project also included a new entrance feature at the rear of the building. Improved energy efficiency was achieved with greatly increased insulation of the building envelope and new, high-efficiency mechanical systems.
