A two-story, 13,500 SF addition to a community arts building. The project included a steel-framed canopy over the entrance, a link between the new building and the original 1869 Gothic Revival-style church, a steel-framed monumental stair, and a gallery addition. Sustainable features include skylights, solar control, and superior efficiency insulation.
