Renovation and new construction of part of the historic Pabst Brewing complex into mixed-use space. The building is now home to MKE Brewing Co. 9th Street Brewery, a restaurant, high-end office space, and more. A two-story clerestory bring lots of natural light into the bar/restaurant, and a rooftop beer garden provides unique views of the city. 2019 Mayor’s Design Award
