Four- and five-story mixed-used building along the banks of the Yahara River. Building comprises 30,000 SF of retail space with 96 apartments above and a two-story restaurant. Spire’s engineering efforts included post-tensioned concrete slabs for the first and second floors.

Full-scale reconstruction of the Bayview Foundation’s 50-year-old affordable housing development. The new development comprises 130 townhomes and apartments (wood and pre-cast) surrounding a 11,500 SF community center (steel, mass timber, and pre-cast).
