Lakefront Brewery Riverwalk + Beer Garden

Milwaukee, WI

New exterior stairwell to replace existing stairwell that had safety concerns due to nonconformance with current code. New stairwell reduces the pitch and provides an elevated patio for enhanced river views. The stairwell is access through a custom vestibule that uses an antique, copper brewing kettle. This project also added bathrooms on the riverwalk, improving ADA accessibility, and a moveable concession stand and beer garden.
