Renovations to a 21,400 SF building, adding offices, a basketball court and gymnasium, and a rooftop green space. The gym has a metal roof deck on open web steel joists spanning load-bearing insulated precast concrete walls panels. The offices are concrete on a metal deck and steel beams for the floor and accessible rooftop.
