Remodel of an existing one-story library and construction of a three-story, affordable housing apartment building above the new 17,200 SF library.

The mixed-use development includes restoration of the former Garfield Theatre’s original façade and restored marquee.

The two new apartment buildings will provide a total of 93, two-story units with first floor retail.
