New construction of a five-story, 94,000 SF building with a full level of below grade parking on the shores of Lake Michigan. The first floor has retail space, and the rooftop has office, event, and bar/patio spaces.

Construction is post-tensioned, two-way concrete slabs supported by base-in-place concrete columns and perimeter concrete foundation walls.
