Part of the transformation of a former 4509,000 SF urban, indoor mall includes 3rd Street Market Hall, a one-story, 35,000 SF venue that includes food vendors and other attractions and activities for visitors.

Renovations included installation of eight canopies for individual restaurant spaces, a large steel-frame wall, two screen walls, and six new 12-ft wide openings. Project won a 2022 Mayor’s Design Award.
