New construction of a six-story, 177,500 SF, 141-unit apartment building sitting on a concrete plinth with at-grade retail space and parking. Construction materials include structural precast concrete and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).

The building’s exterior showcases a mural of the late singer Selena by muralist Mauricio Ramirez and several murals by students from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
