Historic renovation and relocation of an historic train depot into a new coffee shop and trailhead. The original structure was situated between two railroad lines and was moved across the road and up a hill. It was placed on a new CMU/concrete foundation walls with a crawl space below.

A new single-story structure connected to the original structure consists of wood-framed construction on concrete slab-on-grade.
