A four-story, 166-unit apartment building with below grade parking along with two retail buildings. The 249,000 SF facility includes parking at the lower level and residential units at first through fourth floors. The upper floor framing consists of wood trusses that span between the demising walls. The first floor framing above parking areas consists of precast concrete planks supported by precast concrete beams and columns and perimeter concrete foundation walls.
